Paisley's background is in music and theatre, and that can definitely be felt in her teaching style. Paisley's classes are silly, sexy and sassy!! Her absolute favorite OULA song is Water Me by Lizzo. She is so incredibly thankful for the impact that OULA has had on her life; she is more confident, outgoing (if you can believe it), and loving because of OULA.
