Cassie has been a dance enthusiast her entire life and is excited to share her passion in the Oula Online Studio. Cassie is about to enter her 12th year teaching Oula and is on the Oula Enrichment Training Team. The Oula Enrichment Team gets to provide advanced training opportunities to fellow instructors and Oula enthusiasts and she's thrilled to be involved in writing that content. Cassie has well rounded experience teaching additional fitness formats and believes that group fitness should be fun, safe, and accessible to every body. Cassie feels strongly about holding a safe space for adults to emote and let it all out, and so her classes may not be suitable for young children due to language and a general dislike for using edited songs. Cassie’s “real job” involves supporting and training staff in a mental health center, among other things. In her free time, you can find her outside adventuring with her partner and dog.
