Power(60min) | 1.24.25 | Nancy V.
We’ve got a little darkness in our second song in the playlist: “Pretty Low” by Dillon Francis and Galantis. The first time I heard it, I knew I would need to add that big-ball-of-cotton-candy track from the vault, “Dynamite” by BTS, to the playlist. It SO works! And we get some long back arches (cat and cow, to any yogis and yoginis out there) in our first track, “Up.” We do cat and cow stretches here and there in Oula Power, but, as Powerhouses know, a straight, proud spine is kind of our thing. So it’s a big treat to get some nice deep arches in our very first move. Feels so good. This whole workout feels good. Because it makes you feel strong. That’s the best feeling of all. Here’s the playlist:

Nancy credits Oula Power with giving her courage and grit, not to mention a sense of being just a bit bada**, something she believes everyone needs in this life. It all started when Nancy found Oula in 2020 at the Billings YMCA. That led her to Studio Soul, and she knew she had found her people. With the help of the fabulous instructors there she certified as an Oula instructor herself and, not long after that, as an Oula Power instructor. She now draws strength, love and joy from every Oula class, every single time.
