1.28 Tracks 10-12 Intro R13

This week I break down 3 new tracks: Shady Intentions, Nervous System, and Beast Mode.

Shady Intentions - has a challenging sandwich of mountain climbers to burpees to mountain climbers. For those of us who skip floor movements, please substitute out mountain climbers for any version of knees, fast feet, or running in place. The burpee can be switched to a squat - tap back - squat - overhead reach. Enjoy!

Nervous System - Focus on your obliques working in this track. We contract one oblique with a twist knee, then the opposite oblique with the sumo reach. Make the obliques work on the knee pulls and twisting hops.

Beast Mode - Shoulder blade pushups are so good for our upper back strength. We want the shoulders to be mobile so our arms can move well through their full range of motion. Focus on crunching the shoulder blades to the spine, then pulling them wide apart. Move intentionally and slowly to develop your mind muscle connection.
