Stephanie has always loved being active, from growing up in competitive gymnastics, avid cycling, and home workouts after becoming a mother. But, something was missing until spring of 2023. A friend invited Stephanie to an Oula class and she found the missing piece: incorporating her feelings through targeted dance moves. She experienced firsthand the power of Oula and the power of expressing and processing emotions (happy, stressed, disappointed, sexy, goofy, anger) with movement that challenges both body and mind. Oula has proven to be an efficient workout physically, mentally and emotionally in the best ways. And, it's fun!
