Danesa has been teaching Oula since the beginning of 2014 in Missoula but loves to travel and crash other classes all over the US. Her draw to Oula from the start has been the opportunity to completely let go of any burdens carried and release all the feels. A natural overthinker at heart, she has found through the movement, music and most of all community a way to connect on a deeper level not only with herself but others wholeheartedly.
