In this class it is an honor to be debuting the first 6 songs from our new Oula.One release~ XXIII. I paired Oula songs that continue the journey; ending our story with hope. The warm up includes ‘slumping’ with an audible exhale. This move encourages us to completely let everything go, including our breath. As I was doing this move, it suddenly occurred to me, this is what I have been doing! Frequently, I catch myself slumping with an audible exhale. And in those moments, I have to remind myself to take a mighty inhale and rise up. As I was doing this move, it The dramatic exhale slumps to the mighty inhale rising up, are cathartic💜
