I found myself lonely and stuck after moving back to Billings and having my first child in 2015. My dearest friend, Maria, invited me to Oula and I instantly knew I found my home. My relationship with the format has deepened as I grow to know the important connections between mental health, community, meaningful movement, fun, and body neutrality. I am a therapist by trade, but even I will tell you that Oula is the cheapest and most fun therapeutic experience you’ll have.
