Don’t ever forget that this is a dance. Some of it is on the mat, some of it is on the floor, but if you do it like a dance, you won’t want to stop. You might decide to lower the intensity (knees down on the rockin’ plank in “Level Up,” or maybe tabletop pushups to Lizzo’s “Boy,” or micro-bends to David Guetta and Lil’ Wayne in “I Can Only Imagine”), or just freestyle out a few bars, and then pick the moves back up. Or you might do the whole thing at top energy level. It doesn’t matter. What matters is moving your muscles to the music. So turn it up loud enough so your inner badass can hear it!
