Power Release 10 - Full Playlist introducing our final tracks Keep Going Up, Overdrive, and Tonight. Keep Going Up challenges our control with a slow horizontal leg pull backwards, followed by leg lifts. Then keep the core and glutes active on the lean backs (reverse nordic curls). Overdrive has micro crunches, roll ups, penguin taps, tricycles, and a side plank. Tricycles are my favorite variation of bicycles- hold on every third knee tuck in. Tonight brings us some well deserved hip stretches. Start with a side lying quad stretch to figure 4 to spinal twist. Then go from downward dog to pigeon.
