Let’s keep doing this thing that reminds us that We. Got. This. Whatever it is. And what shows us what a connection we have with each other, here in the Oulaverse. We are always just a few clicks away from each other, whenever we need to feel loved, supported, heard, felt and cheered on! Whenever we need to DO something that makes us feel strong, right here, right now. Nancy credits Oula Power with giving her courage and grit, not to mention a sense of being just a bit bada**, something she believes everyone needs in this life. It all started when Nancy found Oula in 2020 at the Billings YMCA. That led her to Studio Soul, and she knew she had found her people. With the help of the fabulous instructors there she certified as an Oula instructor herself and, not long after that, as an Oula Power instructor. She now draws strength, love and joy from every Oula class, every single time.
