Instant gratification, according to the late, great Carrie Fisher, takes too long! I know how she felt. I could never keep up strength training before this class came along. In other classes I did a lot of pushing and driving and counting reps of hard things for a benefit that only came much later, if I stuck it out long enough. Which I usually did not. And then I found Oula (thank heaven) and then I found Oula Power (thank heaven and earth and everything in between) and it was instant gratification! This feels good while you are doing it. It makes me feel tough and strong, the way I like to feel, every single time I turn the music on, and ease into the coolest, most fun strength moves I have ever learned. Some days I do it with high intensity, some days low, sometimes I mix the intensity from track to track: whatever gives me that badass feeling I love, right here, right now. I don’t like going a single day without it. Do this class with me, and you’ll get it, too.

It all started when Nancy found Oula in 2020 at the Billings YMCA. That led her to Studio Soul, and she knew she had found her people. With the help of the fabulous instructors there she certified as an Oula instructor herself and, not long after that, as an Oula Power instructor. She now draws strength, love and joy from every Oula class, every single time.
