Last chance for “Fast (Motion)” by Saweetie, one of the most fun lower-body tracks we’ve got. That one leaves the playlist next week. But we’ve brought Britney into the playlist! And a standing cooldown, the lovely “Middle” by Bipolar Sunshine. Usually we’re on the mat for the cooldown, but this one feels so good up on your feet. Can you tell the music is the star of the show in Oula Power? The music does half the work. Don’t worry about counting, don’t worry about pushing, just let the beat get you moving. There’s a routine for each song, but you don’t have to know it. The combos are easy to follow. And we do them each three or four times over a few weeks, so there will always be something you know and something new to try. This workout shows you the strong, powerful human you are, and always have been, even if you don’t feel like it when you start. Give it one track. You’ll know. Then you won’t want to stop. Feeling badass feels so good. Here’s the playlist.

Nancy credits Oula Power with giving her courage and grit, not to mention a sense of being just a bit bada**, something she believes everyone needs in this life. It all started when Nancy found Oula in 2020 at the Billings YMCA. That led her to Studio Soul, and she knew she had found her people. With the help of the fabulous instructors there she certified as an Oula instructor herself and, not long after that, as an Oula Power instructor. She now draws strength, love and joy from every Oula class, every single time.

Two great oldies in this one: “Mi Gente,” a classic core track, and “Machine,” a great transition track for letting out those last dregs of rage (in case “Enemies” didn’t get to the bottom of it). This class is not just about feeling physically strong. It’s about mental and emotional strength, to...
