You won’t find Deb exercising if it’s not fun! Her love for all the Oula formats shines through in her teaching. She strives to make everyone feel welcome and will help individuals find ways to be successful in class. “Modify and remodify until it feels good” is her mantra. Her goal is to let you feel what you need in her class, while helping you get stronger mentally and physically.
