An introvert at heart, Amanda found Oula to be a way to express herself and to gain trust and comfort in her own body. Her hope is to inspire others to do the same. The magic of music, movement, expression, and connection has kept her teaching year after year. Her classes are an invitation to be whoever you want to be that day and to feel however you need to feel.
