Have you ever heard “well you’re the only one who has ever said anything” or “no one else has said that’s a problem”? I have heard that multiple times this week. You start to feel like you are crazy or that your concerns are not valid or there must be something wrong with you because you are the only one. I am also terrified that my voice will be silenced by the possible changes in our nation. What you have to remember is that you are not the only one. You may just be the FIRST one to spark the flame so others can find the courage to speak as well. So don’t lose your voice and don’t minimize yourself. Every song in this playlist says to me “I am here. I will be seen and I will be heard”. Let’s dance and scream it loud until we believe it and make it a reality.
