Abby was first brought into the Oulaverse in 2019 by a friend (Thanks Britt!). While she initially felt like she was invited to a flash mob where she didn’t know or understand the moves, she caught on quickly and fell head over heels in love with the meaning and the movement. During the COVID shutdowns in 2020, she started taking online power classes and knew that was the fire she needed in her life. She loved the mix of strength and conditioning while focusing on mind muscle connection. Being an avid runner, she loves high intensity workouts and is known for being the high cardio queen. Come with a positive attitude and be ready to sweat and smile through the burn!
