Nancy loves sharing the combination of physical strength and psychological empowerment achieved in a Power class, which is why she jumped at the chance to become the Director of OULA Power. Nancy is driven to create fun, accessible, and effective Power workouts because she truly believes that Power is for everyone! She encourages participants and instructors alike to modify the moves as needed, creating a supportive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of where they are on their fitness journey.
