Oh words - sometimes they just don't come out right. At about minute 4:28 as I describe the arms when they are bent at a right angle in front of us, I say keep your shoulders up. What I REALLY mean to say is keep your elbows up (and shoulders down). It sounds so easy in theory but it takes some doing to relax those shoulders while still raising the elbows up. I will be thinking of you and all the great work your strong muscles are doing while we dance to Head Down!
