Now I'm jumping on the "Let's normalize...." meme. Let's normalize strength training for everybody. You have to take care of your teeth, your hair, your bones, your gut, your mental health. Let's add your muscles. None of the others make you feel as good, as fast (maybe it's a photo finish with a great haircut). The feeling you get from finding your strength -- whatever the level, whatever the intensity -- is fantastic, especially when it comes as a surprise. Do this class with me and you won't be surprised ever again. Don't like pushups? We have an option for that. Don't like situps? We have a modification for that. Don't like pushing yourself harder harder harder, repeating no pain no gain no pain no gain? Good, because we NEVER do that. How do you feel about great music, and moving your body to fantastic beats in a way that makes you feel more energized, rather than less? What are your thoughts on feeling like a badass, and telling the world to go head, take its best shot? What's your take on having all that, exactly as you are, right now, and not some time in the future after you've set and met a bunch of goals or gotten yourself, somehow, "ready"? Don't waste another day getting "ready". Do this with me now. You are going to love it. BTW, we've got one of my fave songs of all time now in the playlist, from that dreamboat Tiesto and Poppy Baskcomb: "I Can't Wait." Really, I can't. Here's the full list:

Nancy credits Oula Power with giving her courage and grit, not to mention a sense of being just a bit bada**, something she believes everyone needs in this life. It all started when Nancy found Oula in 2020 at the Billings YMCA. That led her to Studio Soul, and she knew she had found her people. With the help of the fabulous instructors there she certified as an Oula instructor herself and, not long after that, as an Oula Power instructor. She now draws strength, love and joy from every Oula class, every single time.
