An introvert at heart, Amanda found OULA to be a way to express herself and to gain trust and comfort in her own body. Her hope is to inspire others to do the same. The magic of music, movement, expression, and connection has kept her teaching year after year. Her classes are an invitation to be whoever you want to be that day and to feel however you need to feel.
The Breakup Playlsit: a tribute to the Oula Studio in Missoula. To all of the people who have worked there and danced with me through so many painful relationship shifts. You gave me strength to leave the places and relationhsips I needed to leave, a place to scream out the lyrics that said what I could not, and people to hold me as I learned to hold myself. May we all fly free. Thank you.
