This week's Transition Down, Art of Survival by Bishop Briggs is a higher intensity transition down, so most likely it will fit best immediately following Cardio.
This song is an ode to the self who finds a way to survive as well as an anthem for breaking out of merely surviving. At times the music gives the sense of just trying to breathe and then crescendos into fighting back; hence the big kicks and punches.
Hopefully, this helps us break out of survival mode and into our authentic selves.
