In September each week we learned 3 new tracks. Now in October we are really focusing in on using good alignment and movement patterns in tandem with establishing mind muscle connects and using great recruitment patterns. Let's focus on one thing we can do better today in class to move well.

She knew Power was for her. Emilie is a powerhouse who loves to jump high, fly through burpees, and show push-ups who’s boss. Emilie will help you modify to maintain good form, guide your attention to focus on the targeted muscles, and push you to do one more quality rep!
