Last chance for a while to do “I Can Only Imagine” by Lil’ Wayne and David Guetta! What a great track; I will bring it back in a few months. But even though that’s one’s going, we’re keeping the mobility moves, the up-highs and the down-lows (or wherever you want to go in between) in the new oldies coming from the vault. Such classics. “Purple Hat” starts out so sweet and elevator-music-y (just for a few seconds) and then bam! comes a great beat and great hook from Sofi Tukker. The moves are so much fun; so many ways to level them up or down. We’ve also got that classic crossover (Oula and Oula Power) “Warrior” from Havana Brown (because we are the warriors of our own lives). Plus a new old warm-up you might not have seen in a few years: “Beautiful Now” by Zedd and Jon Bellion. It’s, well, beautiful. The music is the magic. Nancy credits Oula Power with giving her courage and grit, not to mention a sense of being just a bit bada**, something she believes everyone needs in this life. It all started when Nancy found Oula in 2020 at the Billings YMCA. That led her to Studio Soul, and she knew she had found her people. With the help of the fabulous instructors there she certified as an Oula instructor herself and, not long after that, as an Oula Power instructor. She now draws strength, love and joy from every Oula class, every single time.
