We’ve got all the feels in this one. “Enemies” is such a badass track. I think I am a nicer person after I have done that upper body track. You never know what you are holding in until you find the way to let it out. And I wasn’t ready to let go of “Purple Hat” this week. I defy anyone NOT to move when Sofi Tukker starts singing and that bass starts pumping. Then comes the combo of the sweet “Really Love” and the, well, less sweet “Dirty Mind” (by who else but Flo Rida?!). We’ve got David Guetta, Tiesto and so many of the humans who give us the soundtrack of taking control of our lives. This is a choreographed workout that teaches you that you have ALWAYS been strong.
