This is a 30-minute Oula One class that has a little sexiness, a little fire - including one standing track, and ends with healing. We'll work on breath, spine mobility, heart and hip openers, core, and legs. We'll end with a savasana about living with ourselves.

Robyn has always loved singing, dancing, and performing and did so all through grade school,
high school, and college…and then life took over. How wonderful it was when Oula entered her
life! She was hooked and started her journey as an Oula instructor in 2015, adding Oula One in
2017, and Power the following year. These formats have brought fun, fitness, and friendship into
her life. Her favorite part of teaching One is seeing the change in her participants’ energy from
the catharsis they experience in class – leaving feeling centered and refreshed. She can’t wait
to experience One with all of you!
