What good is a strength workout if you have to be strong – feel strong – already, just to get through it? Well, I am sure those are great for Olympians, but they’ve never worked for me. Hey, I believe in myself as much as the next person, and believing you can be strong is great, because we all can. But that doesn’t get me there. I need to feel it, to believe it. So cue that ol’ Oula magic! Music up magic on, as we say here in the Oulaverse, and the choreo we do will make you feel strong while you do it. Now, not later. Heck, the music does half the work. The beats are badass, the moves are fun (and totally modifiable, so you don’t have to miss one sick beat just because push-ups might not be your jam; I’ll show you). It all started when Nancy found Oula in 2020 at the Billings YMCA. That led her to Studio Soul, and she knew she had found her people. With the help of the fabulous instructors there she certified as an Oula instructor herself and, not long after that, as an Oula Power instructor.
