I have wanted to do “How You Like That” by Blackpink for so long! And we’re finally doing it. Such a cool track from our vault, and such great upper body moves (a cobra! And a three-legged dog!). Even if you modify everything down to a few shoulders and a plank, the beat just makes you want to move. It makes you feel tough! Well, it’s not really just the music that does it. It’s you. You are tough. And strong. Strong enough for anything you have to handle. If you don’t believe that, then do this class with me and you’ll find out.
