Oula Power is a cardio and strength combo class that begins with an empowering warm up, followed by high-energy cardio tracks to get the heart pumping! Next up is a series of body-weight only strength exercises, using moves from HIIT formats, Pilates, yoga and dance conditioning classes. Oula Power is delivered by certified instructors who offer exercise modifications in a supportive and motivating way, so that every participant feels successful. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is equally challenging and rewarding! Plus, the music is carefully selected to inspire you to POWER through and be bigger, better, faster, stronger!
This challenging playlist features our brand new Cardio track "Drown" and has lots of strength work from a Down Dog position, so shake out those arms when you need to and get ready to step into your Power!
